2. Flexible cancellation conditions

By booking online at madamevacances.co.uk you have the possibility to modify or cancel your holiday up until 2 weeks before the departure date, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. No other holiday accommodation provider offers such flexibility.

3. You decide when you pay

At madamevacances.co.uk, you can choose how you'd like to pay: either the whole amount upfront, in which case we'll give you a discount on the price, or in 2 or 3 installments at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Whatever the reason may be: if you cannot book your holiday online, if the website cannot accept your bank card, if a message appears informing you that there are no availabilities,etc, then call us on +33 479 650 765 and we will give you a 5% discount on a future holiday with Madame Vacances, applicable in conjunction with any other valid promotions.


Terms and conditions:
If due to technical reasons with the madamevacances.co.uk website your booking was unsuccessful or you cannot find what you are looking for, we will take you booking by telephone under the same conditions as for the website. A voucher for 5% off a future booking will be sent to you once the first reservation is confirmed.
The 5% discount voucher will not be granted if:
- All the dates and destinations chosen are full and no offer corresponds to you choice
- Your bank card does not work as a result of a problem with your card or insufficient funds in your account

8. Guaranteed sun or snow

Bad weather forecast for your holiday? Contact us before your departure date and enjoy a holiday in the sun!

Terms and conditions:
- Valid for a holiday between 4th April and 31st October, excluding the period between 4th July and 29th August, for a holiday of 7 nights minimum on seaside destinations (West and South coast) and countryside destinations (excluding Valjoly and Langres).
- If within 3 to 5 days of your departure date at least 2 days of rain are forecast during your holiday (excluding arrival and departure days) according to www.lachainemeteo.com, you can choose a different destination with Madame Vacances, for a holiday of equal duration to the initial holiday, subject to availability.
- If the destination chosen is more expensive than the initial destination, you will need to pay the difference, if it is less expensive, we will reimburse you by means of a voucher which can be spent during your holiday or contribute to a future holiday booking.
- All of this applies only at the specified destinations

9. Freedom to change your mind!

You have the freedom to change your second holiday destination up to 2 months before your arrival!

Terms and conditions
- A change to your second holiday destination booked, up to 2 months before your arrival date, will be possible only if there is sufficient availibility (and only at the specified destinations).
- If the chosen destination is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference
- If the destination is less expensive, we will reimburse you the difference by means of a voucher which can be spent during your holiday or contribute to a future holiday booking.
(This exchange of destination is not possible if the intial booking was for chalets in Alpe d'Huez (Chalets de l'Altiport); La Tania, Méribel, or Courchevel
