The magnificent beaches are without a doubt one of the most attractive aspects of the Costa del Sol, on the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula and with a backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery.
With a average temperature of almost 20°C, you can take advantage, at any time of the year, of the best beaches in Andalusia in terms of the quality of waters and the cleanliness of the beaches.
Other than sunbathing, you can try your hand at any number of watersports, as well as playing volleyball, beach football and, of course, golf, as the region is so full of excellent golf courses that it has been nicknamed the Costa del Golf.
It is impossible to visit the Torremolinos without sampling its famous traditional dishes. 'Pescaito frito' and 'Espeto de Sardinas'. From Maaga's AVE station you can take train which will get you to Madrid in just two hours!
In Torremolinos, visit Calle San Miguel, also known as Europe Street and the cosmopolitan Carihuela neighbourhood. In Malaga you can visit several sites of cultural interest, such as the Picasso Museum, the 8th century Gibraltar and Alcazaba Castles and the city's Cathedral.
Finally, Costa del Sol has a vibrant nightlife, with restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs. In Costa del Sol that you can never get bored!
