Madame Vacances invites you, your friends and family to discover the small paradise of Moliets on the Landaise coast. Situated between sea and forest, Moliets offers the perfect holiday for everyone, whether you are after a relaxing break away or are a sports fanatic looking for something a bit more active!

This complex of detached and semi detached Californian style villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens planted with trees. The villas of Club Royal Aquitaine and Océan 17 are located on the golf course between a pine forest and the Atlantic Ocean with the beaches only 900 metres away, accessible by foot or by cycle paths.

Each villa has a private pool, television, telephone, private parking space, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and iron. The Club Royal Aquitaine Villas are open all year round and welcome holiday makers, business groups, wedding parties and sports groups. You can choose between holiday rental only, or a hotel style service.

Guests may enjoy free WiFi access in the reception of the Résidence du Golf. You can take advantage of bread, croissants and pastries delivery service (payment on site).

Electricity and water charges must be paid on site.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception ("Résidence du Golf" in Winter) on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 euros for your apartment or 750 euros  for your villa (Visa, Euro Card, cheque). Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on arrival.

ACCESS

By road

From the north: Motorway A63 then RN10, direction Bayonne before taking the exit at Castets. Continue on the D142 until Leon and then the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for 'Golf' and 'Plage'. Turn left at the 'Avenue du Tuc'. The Residence is situated at the end of the road. From the south: RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon and then take the D652 to Moliets.
