Villas La Prade - Moliets

For your holidays in Moliets, Madame Vacances recommends the Villas La Prade. Nestled amongst pine trees on the edge of the Moliets golf course they are situated within walking distance of a large variety of activities including golf course, tennis course, horse riding, quad biking and surfing. The centre of town and particularly the white sandy beaches are easily accessible both on foot and by bike, not to mention supermarkets and restaurants where you can taste typical south-west dishes.

Facilities at Villas La Prade

The modern La Prade villas are all situated in a calm green environment, some have wonderful woodland views. You will appreciate the quiet and the unique style of the villas as some of them have been redecorated by their owners. Free WIFI connection is available in the reception of the complex.

Equipment of the Villas La Prade

Each villa is perfectly equipped and furnished and boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large lounge with a fireplace and French windows opening onto a decked terrace with sun loungers and a private pool. All the rooms are bright making the villas ideal to live in. All of the villas are equipped with flat screen satellite TV and most of them with a spa bath. The kitchens are equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine with integrated dryer and all you need to cook.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 750 euros (Visa, Euro Card, Cheque) for your villa. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on arrival.

ACCESS

By road

From the north: Motorway A63 then RN10, direction Bayonne before taking the exit at Castets. Continue on the D142 until Leon and then the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for 'Golf' and 'Plage'. Turn left at the 'Avenue du Tuc'. The Residence is situated at the end of the road. From the south: RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon and then take the D652 to Moliets.
