Overlooking the beach and the Atlantic ocean, the three star Résidence De L'Océan*** is superb, high-quality accommodation in the Vendée region. The residence was built in 1880 and retains its original colonial architecture while having been completely renovated and modernised into comfortable and well-equipped apartments. It is excellently situated within La Tranche sur Mer; guests have has direct access to 13 kilometres of wide, sandy beaches and it is just 50 metres from the centre of the resort.

La Résidence De L'Océan*** is an attractive and comfortable residence equipped with a private outdoor pool and large, terraced solarium overlooking the beach. Free WIFI is available for guests in reception and baby cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge, subject to availability. Laundry facilities and a bread and pastry delivery service are available on request. There is a children's activity area in reception with books and crafts which is available to all guests.

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre if you intend to arrive late.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 ' (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

By road

From Paris: Motorway A11 'OCEANE' to Nantes, then A83 to Montaigu-La Roche sur Yon-La Tranche sur Mer. From Bordeaux: Motorway A10 'AQUITAINE', then A83 exit Luçon The residence is situated in the centre of the town at the edge of the central beach.

By train

Train stations of La Roche sur Yon or Les Sables d'Olonne. Then transfer by bus to La Tranche sur Mer.

By plane

Airports of Nantes-Atlantique or La Rochelle-Ile de Ré. Airfield Les Ajoncs-la Roche sur Yon.
