Location

The apartments, houses and villas which make up Le Domaine de Fontenelles are located in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie on the outskirts of a superb 18 hole golf course. Only 8km away from the beaches of Atlantic coast and 5km from Coëx, you will experience a fabulous relaxing holiday immersed in the green countryside of the Vendée. The festivals and local markets that take place during the summer, together with the theme parks (Puy du fou) situated a few kilometres away make the Residence Les Fontenelles ideal for a memorable family holiday.

Facilities of the Residence Les Fontenelles

With its elegant architecture, the residence oozes quality and comfort. If you stay in one of our apartments or houses, you will have full access to the on-site swimming pool as well as receiving preferential prices for the golf course. To complete your sporting holiday there are tennis courts and numerous cycle paths located close to the residence.

The complex puts at the guests' disposal 2 tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool and a pétanque strip.

The Residence Les Fontenelles gives you a choice of different types of accommodation amongst apartments, houses and villas.

Apartments

All the apartments have a balcony or a terrace with an open view on the golf course and all have tiled floors inthe main living space and wooden floors in the bedrooms.

Houses

Our individual houses are very spacious and all have a terrace opening up on to a private garden. Individually decorated, each of the houses has its own particualr style and in some cases high quality furniture. Residents will be welcome to use the complex's swimming pool.

Villas

Each of our top of the range villas has its very own individual heated swimming pool, private garden and garage. Individually decorated, all villas are equipped high quality tools and garden furniture. Our villas are ideal to spend your holidays with family and friends without giving up on your home comforts.

For your own comfort, animals are not admitted in the properties.
NB: Water and electricity charges are not included in the price and are to be paid on site.

Key collection
Check in between 5 and 8 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 260 € for your apartment or 750 € for your villa. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on place

From Paris (455 km): Motorway A11 Paris / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes, then follow direction Machecoul, Challans and St Gilles Croix de Vie. Then follow direction l'Aiguillon sur Vie and after Coéx. The residence Les Fontenelles is located on your right before Coéx. (follow golf direction). From Nantes (73 km): follow direction Bordeaux by motorway, exit 48, follow direction La Roche sur Yon, exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, follow direction Challans, then St Gilles Croix de Vie.
