Les Mas de Vertmarines can be found nestled on the edge of a pine forest in the heart of 4.5 hectares of quiet, preserved parkland, just two kilometres from a superb sandy beach on the Atlantic coast. The popular seaside resort of St. Jean de Monts is within easy distance, where you can find boutiques, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and casinos. The area's abundance of outdoor activities, picturesque coastline and sunny weather make it perfect for families with children.

Les Mas de Vertmarines is well equipped with outdoor heated swimming pools and a children's pool area surrounded by attractive decking and a sun terrace furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers. There is free WIFI in the reception and parking available either outside or in private garages. Laundry facilities are available on request.

The cottages at the Résidence Les Mas de Vertmarines are well furnished and modern. The kitchens are equipped with everything you might need; an oven, fridge, hot plates and all crockery and cutlery. Satellite television is available on request at a small extra cost.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 260 ' for your house. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on site.

ACCESS

By road

From Paris (455 km): motorway Océane A11 / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes. From Nantes (73 km): motorway in direction of Bordeaux, exit 48, in direction of la Roche sur Yon, exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, in direction of Challans, then St-Jean de Monts. Once in St Jean de Monts, turn left at the roundabout up to D38, follow direction Les Sables. At the 2nd roundabout straight ahead, at the 3rd and 4th roundabout turn right, at the 5th roundabout turn left onto the avenue Valentin. Follow this road for 2 km. The residence is located on your left (n°144).
