This superb colonial style residence enjoys a fantastic location with direct access to the fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. The town centre is only 50 metres away and easily accessible by foot.

Famous for its dome, this residence, built in 1880, has been entirely renovated and decorated offering you modern day comfort whilst keeping its original architectural charm. The interior décor with its tall columns resembles the setting from The Palace of a Thousand and One Nights.

For your comfort and enjoyment, the Residence de l'Océan has an outdoor pool (heated in high season) (11m x 6m) with a large solarium terrace where you can unwind with a view of the ocean.

With its apartments sleeping 2 to 8 people, this residence is ideal for a seaside holiday with your partner, your family or with friends. The apartments are well equipped, luminous spacious and comfortable. The residence includes a lift and a car park.

The residence L'Océan can also offer you breakfast (for a supplementary fee).

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre if you intend to arrive late.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 ' (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

By train

Train stations of La Roche sur Yon or Les Sables d'Olonne. Then transfer by bus to La Tranche sur Mer.

By plane

Airports of Nantes-Atlantique or La Rochelle-Ile de Ré. Airfield Les Ajoncs-la Roche sur Yon.
