Situated just 2 km from the Gironde estuary beaches, 1,5 km from the centre of the village and 3 km from the Atlantic coastline and places such as the Port Médoc and the Pointe de Grave, this superb residence at Le Verdon sur Mer is ideally located for a seaside holiday.
The residence is made up of 70 twinned traditional holiday cottages and has a large heated outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a children's play area, table tennis facilities and a paddling pool.

Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher
Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 260 €. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

ACCESS
By road
From Bordeaux : exit n°7 direction St Laurent de Médoc or Le Verdon sur Mer. Then direction Lesparre, Royan/Pointe de Grave by RN215/D1215 in the direction of Point de Grave. At the 1st sign which indicate Le Verdon sur Mer, continue for about 2km. Turn on your right between the 2 signs 'Atlantica' and 'Camping de la pointe du Médoc'. The residence is about 150/200 m further on your right.
By train
Bordeaux Station (100 km). Then transfert to the train station of Le Verdon (1,5km from the residence)
By plane
Bordeaux Mérignac Airport (100 km), transfert to the train station of Bordeaux and then transfert by train to the airport
