UPON ARRIVAL

Late arrival (after 9 pm)
If you intend to arrive later then 9pm, please inform the reception or the reservations centre.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
500€, to be paid on arrival (Debit/credit card or cheque) for your accommodation. This deposit will be returned 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.

ACCESS

By road

Take the motorway to Albertville, and then follow the dual carriageway as far as Moûtiers. Carry on along the RN 90 to Bourg-St-Maurice. Start the climb up to les Arcs. Once in the Arcs 2000, follow the sign public parking named « Lac des combes». The Cime des Arcs is a few meters away. We would advise you to plan your journey before travelling as some mountain roads are closed between November and April.
