Come and discover Moliets on the Landes coastline, a small paradise in a perfect location between the sea and the forest, ideal for a holiday among friends and family. Whether you simply fancy a bit of relaxation or if you are a sports fanatic, Moliets is the ideal holiday destination for you!

The Residence du Golf, located on the prestigious Moliets golf course only 700m from the beach, consists of apartments that can sleep up to 8 people and houses able to accommodate up to 10 people. Two swimming pools*, a paddling pool*, play area and large garden are all at your disposal.

The residence's apartments and villas are open all year round welcoming individual holiday makers, business groups, wedding parties and sports groups. You can choose between a simple holiday rental, or hotel style service. Throughout the summer, guests benefit from a buffet breakfast (high season only: April-September, to be paid upon arrival).

The apartments, which all boast a balcony or terrace with views over the golf course and the gardens, are part of the Résidence du Golf, and the twinned houses are situated on the edge of the golf course, each with a private terrace looking out over the gardens of the residence.

Our prices include the rental of the accommodation as well as maintenance costs. You will also have free access to the pools, terraces and gardens of the residence.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260' for your apartment or 750' for your villa (Visa, Euro Card, cheque). Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Holiday Tax
Compulsary holiday tax of 0.85€/day per person.

ACCESS

By road

From the north: Motorway A63 then RN10, direction Bayonne before taking the exit at Castets. Continue on the D142 until Leon and then the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for 'Golf' and 'Plage'. Turn left at the 'Avenue du Tuc', then straight ahead after the road for the golf clubhouse. Follow the directions for the 'Résidence Eurogroup Open Sud'. The Residence Eurogroup du Golf is situated at the end of the road. From the south: Take the RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon and then take the D652 to Moliets.
