Moliets is a small corner of paradise on the Landaise coast boasting superb detached villas with private pools nestled amongst the pine trees on the edge of the Moliets golf course.

The modern Clairière aux Chevreuils villas are approximately 1km by bike from both the central and south beaches, and just 800m from the golf course and club house, the tennis courts and the holiday apartments of the Résidence Hôtelière du Golf.

Each residence is perfectly equipped and furnished and boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large lounge with fire place and French windows opening onto a decked terrace with sun loungers and a private pool.

The Landes region offers a variety of activities including golf, tennis, biking, horse riding, quad biking and surfing, not to mention plenty of opportunities to enjoy the range of gastronomy from the South West with friends and family.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception of the villas of La Clairière aux Chevreuils, on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 750 euros (Visa, Euro Card, Cheque) for your villa. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on arrival

ACCESS

By road

From the north: Motorway A63 then RN10, direction Bayonne before taking the exit at Castets. Continue on the D142 until Leon and then the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for 'Golf' and 'Plage'. Turn left at the 'Avenue du Tuc'. The Residence is situated at the end of the road. From the south: RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon and then take the D652 to Moliets.
