In the heart of an unusual and well-preserved area, a residence fitting for its environment awaits you.
You will be won over by the charm of this picturesque region, full of contrasts, spoilt with famous sites such as the medieval town of Rocamadour or the Caves of Paridac and which offers a whole host of outdoors activities to discover!
A great choice of activities are available to you: walks, hikes, discover the area and its nature reserves (caves, underground rivers, canyons, waterfalls, chateaus and medieval towns), an animal park, water parks, attraction parks.
The town of Gramat, is situated opposite the animal park, close to the water centre and renowned gardens, the residence offers cottages and small houses both airconditioned, spread out in the heart of an oak grove, with a swimming pool, fitness area and a variety of games facilities available.

Key collection
Check in is from 3 pm onwards. The keys are available at the residence reception on presentation of your voucher.
Deposit
Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 200 € for your apartment plus 50€ for the cleaning (Visacard, Eurocard, check), to be returned to you following your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.
Holiday tax is charged at around 0.65€ /day /person , to be paid upon arrival.
The following cards are accepted debit card, Visa, Mastercard, and also French cheques are accepted for the deposit .
For all payments made at the reception , the following are accepted cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard .
A20 motorway, take exit for Rocamadour, no.56 on the D802, coming from the South. Head towards Rocamadour/Gramat on the D807. You will arrive in Gramat on André Malraux street, turn right onto the D14 towards the "Animal Park ", before the bridge that cross the train line. The residence is about 3 km along, on the right-hand side, opposite the Animal Park . Coming from the North, that exit no.54 onto the D840 towards Martel, then towards Rocamadour/ Gramat. Cros Gramat heading towards the Animal Park and after crossing the railway line, turn left. The residence is about 3 km along, on the right-hand side, opposite the Animal Park .
