Key collection
Check in is from 3 pm onwards. The keys are available at the residence reception on presentation of your voucher.
Deposit
Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 250€ for the apartment and potential cleaning costs,to be returned to you following your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.
Holiday tax is charged at around 0.67€ /day /person , to be paid upon arrival. The following cards; debit card, Visa, Mastercard, and also French cheques are accepted for the deposit . For all payments made at the reception , the following are accepted cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard .
A9 motorway, Perpignan South exit, direction ARGELES/ELNE. When reach ELNE, direction St Cyprien Plage. At the 2nd round about in St Cyprien , turn on the right BLD Desnoyer, 1st round about turn on the right. The residence is in front of you, at the cross road with the Dr Schweitzer .
