Saint Jean de Monts is situated on the edge of a forest in 6,5 hectares of preserved parkland. The prestigious villas of the Domaine de Vertmarines all have a private swimming pool (4mx8m) with a security alarm and the possibility of heating the pool (for a supplement). They also have an enclosed garden.
Located in the south of Saint Jean de Monts at just 2.5kms from the famous beaches of Vendée and less than 2km from all amenities, the Domaine de Vertmarines is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends.
Each villa comes fully equipped and extra services are put in place to ensure you enjoy your holiday to the maximum: fresh bread and pastry delivery or the welcome pack with a mid-stay cleaning service, a television with DVD player, linen provided and beds made up prior to arrival! The hiring of a television is included in the price of the 8 person villas.
The Domaine de Vertmarines offers superb villas accommodating up to 8 people.
NB: Water and electricity bills are to be paid on site according to the meter readings.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher
Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 750 € for your villa. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

ACCESS
By road
By road: From Paris (455 km): motorway Océane A11 / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes. From Nantes (73 km): motorway in direction of Bordeaux, exit 48, in direction of la Roche sur Yon, exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, in direction of Challans, then St-Jean de Monts. Once in St Jean de Monts, turn left at the roundabout up to D38, follow direction Les Sables. At the 2nd roundabout straight ahead. At the 3rd roundabout, turn on your right. At the 4th roundabout turn on your left, direction Les Sables. The residence is 500m further after the roundabout, on your right.
