Located in Saint Jean de Monts, 250m from the sea and near a lake, the superb Maisons de Lac résidence is a collection of twinned holiday cottages. This is the perfect place to come on holiday with family or friends, with plenty to do in the area: well being centre with thalsasso, swimming, the beach, golf - something for everyone!

Each cottage has a terrace with garden furniture, a private garden and a parking space. Madame Vacances offers you holiday accommodation sleeping up to 6 people.

To make for an even better holiday, at Les Maisons du Lac there is also a children's club for two half days per week (Mon-Fri), which runs activities and events for children age 4-12 years old.

NB:Water/electricity charges are not included in the price and must be paid on site .

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre if you intend to arrive late.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher

Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 260€ for your house. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Additional charges
Electricity and water charges and holiday tax are not included in the rates and are to be paid on arrival

By road

From Paris (455 km): motorway Océane A11 / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes. From Nantes (73 km): motorway in direction of Bordeaux, exit 48, in direction of la Roche sur Yon, exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, in direction of Challans, then St-Jean de Monts. Once in St Jean de Monts, turn left at the roundabout up to D38, follow direction Les Sables. At the 2nd roundabout straight ahead, at the 3rd and 4th roundabout turn right, at the 5th roundabout turn left onto the avenue Valentin. Follow this road for 2 km. The residence des Maisons du Lac is located on your left at Les Mas de Vertmarines 144 avenue Valentin.
