The Mas de Vertmarines residence is situated in 4.5 hectares of parkland surrounded by forest and is less than 1300m from the sandy beach at Saint Jean de Monts and the town centre.

Key collection
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher
Deposit
Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 260 ' for your house. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

ACCESS
By road
From Paris (455 km): motorway Océane A11 / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes. From Nantes (73 km): motorway in direction of Bordeaux, exit 48, in direction of la Roche sur Yon, exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, in direction of Challans, then St-Jean de Monts. Once in St Jean de Monts, turn left at the roundabout up to D38, follow direction Les Sables. At the 2nd roundabout straight ahead, at the 3rd and 4th roundabout turn right, at the 5th roundabout turn left onto the avenue Valentin. Follow this road for 2 km. The residence is located on your left (n°144).
